We are located on Court St. (Rte. 7 in Middlebury) across the street from Mary Hogan Elementary School.  We are in a white building with blue shutters in the Somaworks Wellness Building.  Parking is in the back of the building.  At present, masks are optional.  Middlebury is 45 minutes south of Burlington and 30 minutes north of Rutland in the Champlain Valley of Addison County.

**Please note:  in order to give full, undivided care to each patient, I schedule fewer patients each day than the average doctor.  If you find it necessary to change your scheduled visit, I sincerly request 24 hours notice.  Missed appointments without 24 hours notice will be charged for the visit.  Thank you for your consideration regarding this matter.
